1. XR Safety & Health Warning

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Extended Reality (XR) experiences involves immersive visuals and physical movement.

  • Surroundings: Always ensure you have a clear, safe play area free of obstacles.
  • Breaks: Take regular breaks. Stop immediately if you feel nausea, dizziness, or eye strain.
  • Seizures: Some users may be susceptible to seizures when exposed to flashing lights. Consult a doctor before playing if you have an epileptic condition.

2. Accounts & Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • Do not harass, bully, or threaten other players in multiplayer environments.
  • Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All games, assets, code, and "PlayXR" branding are the exclusive property of PlayXR Studios. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal entertainment only.

4. Liability

PlayXR is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from physical activities during gameplay. You assume full responsibility for your movement and environment while in VR/XR.
